Delanty has been painting landscapes and seascape for over four decades. He works in an impressionistic style both plein air and in the studio, using an exuberant calligraphy of color and brushstroke which conveys emotion and movement. His featured subject is the California landscape, and he focuses on compositions built around mood and a deep appreciation for life. How many paintings can I enter? | AIS members may enter up to five artworks. Only one will be accepted. |
What's the entry fee? | $20 for your first painting and $10 per painting up to a total of five paintings. |
How do sales work? | A link to your website is listed in the digital catalog. Artists retain 100% of commission! |
Can I enter artwork that is sold? Or what if I don't want to sell my artwork? | Artwork does not have to be for sale. Your artwork can be in a gallery or in another exhibition. |
Can I enter a piece that did not get accepted into other AIS exhibitions? | Yes, you may enter artwork NOT accepted into any previous exhibition. |
How will AIS display the work? | All accepted works will be posted in a special AIS online gallery and AIS Facebook pages. |
What size is accepted? | Any size with no limitations! |
Do I have to frame my piece to enter? | No, you do not have to frame your piece! |
Do we ship our accepted work? | NO! This is an online, virtual exhibit! |
Is it juried the same as other exhibitions? | YES! Five Signature Members will jury the show in a blind process. |
