March 4-5, 6-7 All Member Paintout and Wet Wall Competition Thursday, March 5: Welcome Party - 6 to 8pm - Friday, March 6: Critique Sessions - New program! Friday, March 6: Awards Presentation and Opening Reception, 6 to 8pm at the gallery Saturday, March 7: 9am: Best of Show Panel Group Discussion featuring four of our past AIS Best of Show Winners. Panelists will be Gladys Roldan-de-Moras AIS (2012), Nancy Boren AIS (2018) and Jing Zhao (2019). 11am: Breaking Through the Artist’s Wall: How to Create and Sell More Art While Spending Less Time Marketing Noon to 2pm: Lunch on your own 2 to 4pm: Dual Demo with Best of Show Winner Jing Zhao and Kathie Wheeler AIS. Jing Zhao and Kathie Wheeler will give a two hour painting demonstration for us. Jing won Best of Show award at our most recent national exhibition at the Salmagundi Club in New York last September.
