1 pm PRESENTATION

AIS Board Member Mark Daly AIS

Mark Daly will help you leverage sound to add more life to your paintings and connection with viewers. He will present a new way of thinking about your paintings by helping you answer the question: “How should this painting sound?” Mark will share, compare, and discuss specific examples from past masters of the Rockport Art Association & Museum. He will show how intentionally linking sounds to a painting’s

design, edgework, paint application, color, and values can improve engagement.

Mark is a Signature Member of AIS, OPA, ASMA, CAC, and an Artist Member of the

Rockport Art Association & Museum. He is an elected AIS Board Member. Mark has

written over 50 published compositions that include performances by Grammy Award

winning artists. He is a Voting Member of the Grammys.
