AIS Board Chairman, Kathie Wheeler AIS, will paint a nocturne scene from the dock on Blue Star Highway across from J. Petter Galleries. Learn how to set up for a nocturne and enjoy the sunset while learning the tricks to capturing changing light and evening atmosphere.
