We are pleased to announce our 17th Annual American Impressionist Society National Juried Exhibition will be held at the beautiful Howard/Mandville Gallery, 120 Park Lane, Suite D in Kirkland, Washington. AIS Master, Calvin Liang, will be our judge of awards this year. Opening reception and awards presentation will be held on Thursday, September 29th, from 5 to 8pm. Calvin will also present a painting demonstration on Friday, September 30th from 6 to 8pm (location to be determined)

4:00pm "Nuts, Bolts, and Perspectives", an interactive panel discussion featuring Pat Howard, owner of Howard/Mandville Gallery and AIS Master and Signature Members. Topics will include proper framing of artwork, perspectives on juried exhibitions, art careers and a Q&A session.
5 to 6pm "Happy Hour" Cocktail Reception sponsored by American Art Collector at the Heathman Hotel- RSVP to cheryl@cherylstjohn.com. Free for AIS members. Guests $15 plus cash bar.

2 to 4pm: "Wet Wall" Exhibition and Sale featuring members' paintings created during the All Member Paintout. Gallery can frame sold paintings for buyers. Best of Show, 2nd and 3rd place awards will be chosen by Howard/Mandville Gallery.

Sept. 10-24:Artists ship accepted work to Howard/Mandville Gallery. There is a $20 fee ($10 for hand delivered work) payable to the gallery to cover costs of unpacking,
storage, repacking and contacting shippers for return of unsold work. Include check payable to the gallery for this fee.
